- Essie merino cool. So pretty.
- Yogi liver and kidney detox tea. Didn't taste too bad actually..
- Easter basket from Mom. She is the best.
- Completely obsessed with these pumpkin seeds. I can't stop eating them!
- My bangs are finally to an acceptable length. Yaaaaay.

Favorite recent products

1. Lush Mint Julips. Omggggg. I am really obsessed with the stuff. You rub it on, then lick it off. It freshens your breath while softening your lips! Uh-mazing.
2. Revlon lip butters. I have always been a lipgloss and Chapstick kind of girl. But these have become my favorite and go to lip products. I have them in almost every color, lol. Some are very pigmented, and others are sheer. My favorites right now are lollipop, sweet tarte, and strawberry shortcake. All three of these are very pigmented. Lollipop is a bright fuchsia, sweet tarte is a bright, hot pink, and strawberry shortcake is a milky, light pink. These not only have great color, but are very moisturizing too.
3. Oscar Blandi volumizing dry shampoo. I love this because it has a fresh citrus scent, and doesn't leave any white residue. It's so easy to use too! Just spray on the root and comb through. I bought the smaller sized container from ulta because I wasn't sure if I would like it, and $23 is a lot to spend if you're unsure. But I will definitely be going back to get this once it runs out.
4. Stila smudge proof eyeliner in peacock. I like to use this on my upper water line and sometimes the lower one. This adds an amazing pop of color. Makes my eyes look very green, too. I like it best paired with a gray eyeliner for the top lid and a neutral eyeshadow {my favorite is Chanel lotus}. Very pretty!
5. Benefit they're real! I LOVE this mascara. I have short, fine eyelashes and this literally makes it look like I have falsies on, hence the name. I also love the longer bristles on end, they are great for the corner lashes. The only downside is that is gets clumpy after a little while. But still a great mascara!

I am really loving this holland collection! Which is funny because when I first saw it online, it did nothing for me. However, that all changed when I saw the collection at ulta.

This color is way more orange than it appears, but I have such a hard time capturing the color accurately. I need to stop using my iphone camera! Haha.

-These stargazer Lillies made my apartment smell amazing!
-Our brand new nephew, Arie Jackson! He was born on march 5th. Seriously the cutest baby ever. I'm so excited to watch him grow up. :)
-Bought this book on amazon after hearing tons of great reviews. I can't wait to read it. I have a feeling I will agree with most of what is in it.
-My new bike! Daren and I want to get in great shape this spring. We have been riding only a few days a week so far, and it's been rough!
-Can't stop eating strawberries. There is just something wonderful about fresh berries this time of year. Btw, the weather has been incredible for the past 2 weeks! Practically in the 70s everyday. So unheard of for this time of year!! I couldn't be happier.
-Essie van d'go. {I think? But I'm feeling too lazy to go look, lol} love it!

March 2012 Birchbox

I haven't posted anything about birchbox in a long time. I guess mostly because they have been pretty forgettable {at least in my opinion}, so there was no reason to be excited about it and share. A few weeks ago, I got an email from birchbox asking if I would like to receive the teen vogue box instead of the normal one. I was hesitant, but they said it can be for all ages, not just teens. I decided to sign up for one. And I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised when it came in the mail yesterday. I love everything in the box! Especially the Tarte lip tint. I got this in Joy. So pretty! I will be buying more of these for sure.

- ulta shopping: urban decay naked palette and 2 new Opi's from the holland collection.
-mom and dad went on a cruise this week, so I made sure little miss Gracie didn't get lonely. :)
- my new ombré hair. This was so difficult to get an accurate picture of. It looks a lot lighter in person. I love it, but I think I will go lighter next time.
-new eucalyptus mint bbw candle for my nightstand. This smells wonderful!
-cupcake from whole foods. Yum.
-just discovered coconut water. Omg, I love it.
-new michael kors aviators. :D
